In 1965 an eccentric English entrepreneur by the name of Peter Boizot teamed up with a fiery Italian designer, Enzo Apicella. Together they redefined the dining experience. Out went the dull food, lacklustre interiors and indifferent service that were the standards of the day. In came a vivid, passionate approach to dining thanks to the synergy of cultures from the two very different men.

Fast forward forty-three years and All About Food took on the rather pleasant task of marketing and selling the already successful range of PizzaExpress salad dressings.

The range now includes:

  • House Dressing
  • Light Dressing
  • Balsamic Dressing
  • Caesar Dressing
  • Honey & Mustard Dressing
  • Italian Dressing

So successful were the dressings, we decided to launch some new products, including PizzaExpress passata, the exact same pizza base sauce which has been used in PizzaExpress restaurants since 1965. The crushed tomatoes, basil, salt and pepper are harvested and canned every year during the tomato harvest in Parma, Italy.

Our pasta sauces were another addition to the range. Made in Southern Italy in exactly the same way as you would in your own kitchen and containing absolutely nothing artificial, we don't think you'll taste better this side of Basilicata (that's the region where they're made).
