The Managing Director
The year was 1999. The place was Phil’s spare bedroom*. It was here that Phil set up The Grocery Company, and he’s since taken the business to great places. He has a wealth of experience with brands such as Fosters, Carlsberg, Patak’s and Phileas Fogg and provides endless energy to the team. Phil enjoys talking, cycling and the odd glass (or two) of red wine. Although not all at the same time.

Sarah
Girl Friday
Part of the team since almost day one Sarah keeps out of mischief by looking after customer service and guarding the technical information. On quiet days she also keeps a beady eye on our Cranks restaurant in Devon. Sarah enjoys the challenges of being a mum, keeping hens and finding the perfect G&T. Sarah does not enjoy rain.

The Sales Team
Chris McLaughlin has recently joined All About Food from Kellogg's to head up our sales and commercial team. When he's not working he likes to spend time with his wife and two children. He also enjoys keeping fit and healthy. He loves food and is fast developing the same passion for cake and treats as the rest of the All About Food team!

David, Neil, Tony, Mel & Christine
The Finance Team
Armed only with calculators, these financial genii look after the company's cash, stock and anything involving numbers. David loves playing golf, and also is enjoying being a new dad. Neil also enjoys looking after his new baby son and playing hockey (not at the same time!). Although Tony joined us to work with numbers he's so good at golf that his real challenge has become helping Dave improve his swing. Mel brightens up the office with data highlights and her infectious laugh whilst Christine is a dab hand at entertaining in her kitchen at home in her spare time. The team are currently competing against each other to see who can bake the best brownies - the rest of the office is delighted to judge!

Ben, Charlotte & Cathy
The Marketing Team
Ben, Charlotte & Cathy are busy developing and promoting All About Food's portfolio of over 100 products with huge success. They have an incredible eye for detail, the ability to spot a cracking idea and the strength to get things done. Ben likes playing football with his son; Charlotte enjoys keeping fit at the gym and holidays and Cathy is never happier than when she is skiing with her family.
